3.1 Services
- Project Initiation: A full refund is available if a cancellation request is made within 7 days of the project initiation date, provided no substantial work has been completed.
- Mid-Project: For cancellations made after 7 days but before 50% project completion, a partial refund may be granted based on the proportion of work completed.
- Post-Completion: No refunds will be issued for services after project completion and delivery.
3.2 Products
- Software Products: Refunds for software products are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the product has not been significantly used or modified. Customers must uninstall and delete all copies of the software to qualify for a refund.
- Subscription Services: Refunds for subscription services are available within 14 days of the initial purchase. No refunds are available for renewals.
4. Process for Refunds

- Software Products: Cancellations are not applicable once the product has been downloaded and activated.
- Subscription Services: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

- Customization Fees: Fees paid for customizations and bespoke development work are non-refundable.
